All AZC, Inc. customers have full access to their account details at all times via a Customer ID and PIN number which will be issued to you on the final screen of the online sign-up procedure. These may be used at the Secure Customer Database to view billing and account details at any time. After submitting the online order form to AZC for processing, all customers will automatically be emailed a confirmation that the order has been received. Shortly after that, an invoice will be emailed to the customer. After the invoice has been paid (usually within about one-half hour) another email confirmation will be sent to confirm receipt of payment. The fourth and final email confirmation message will confirm that the domain name has been successfully registered and will contain a special code called a registry key. With this registry key the customer has full administrative jurisdiction of the domain name, including alterations to the contact information in the WhoIs database and all DNS information. |
